Salary: PKR 95000 Commission

Experience: Minimum 5 years of working within the same Industry

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing or equivalent

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface with Architects Consultants Contractors and Developers to build strong professional relationships.

• Revenue Growth & Lead Conversion: Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads converting opportunities and consistently achieving sales targets.

• Technical Needs Assessment & Proposals: Conduct technical assessments and deliver customized architectural lighting solutions and proposals based on client requirements.

• Quotations & Estimates: Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Provide leadership and direction to the internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Project Pipeline Management: Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely engagement across all pre-sales touchpoints.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Maintain a strong understanding of market trends customer needs and competitor activities to support strategic decision- making.

• Site Visits & Brand Representation: Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term client relationships.

Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment

• Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with AutoCAD DIALux or Relux will be considered as a plus
