Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to support financial operations reporting analysis budgeting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial information strengthen financial processes and support management in effective financial decision-making.

• Support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and review financial reports management reports and financial schedules.
• Assist in budgeting forecasting financial planning and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow receivables payables and other financial activities.
• Perform regular bank ledger vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards tax requirements and company policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required financial documents and schedules.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants/contractors on finance-related matters.
• Support the implementation and improvement of financial controls processes and systems.
• Assist management in preparing financial analysis and insights for business decisions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned finance activities and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and operational efficiency.

• Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA CA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• 46 years of relevant experience in finance accounting financial reporting or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis budgeting reconciliations reporting and compliance is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience will be preferred.
