Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to facilitate application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level codes creating replication patterns performing root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.
AS/400 Technical Lead and Senior Developer
Band-B2 and B3
Experience -5 to 12 Years
Loation-Hyderabad
- Over 5 to 12years of experience in development and support with core AS/400 technologies including DB2/400 CL RPG III/RPG IV/Free Form.
- Extensive expertise in SQL/400 QUERY/400 and other AS/400 utilities.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction based on defined specifications along with experience in EDI tools and processes
- Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains
- Strong understanding of database technologies such as DDS physical and logical files SQL files stored procedures and complex SQL queries.
- Proficient in advanced ILE concepts including procedures service programs and functions.
- Exposure to AS/400 modernization engagements
- Thorough understanding of application and database performance best practices and tuning techniques.
- Extensive experience in preparing design and estimation documents required for development changes proposed by business users.
- Engage with business stakeholders to resolve queries and prepare technical specification documents.Design and develop applications according to specifications utilizing the provided technical specification document
