By joining the Sales - International Schools team you will be responsible for achieving the sales & collection budgets in the territory assigned through planning & promotion of the Education-International resources (both print & digital) in the Telangana. This role offers exposure to diverse projects collaboration with International Schools Sales team Regional Sales Director National Sales Director Customer Service team OUPI Department heads Regional & Zonal Managers Sales Managers Product Managers Marketing Managers and Operations head in addition to Distributors School heads and teachers of private and public institutions and Early years center externally. Opportunity
On a day-to-day basis you will be:
- Responsible for covering International Schools i.e. OIC OxfordAQA CIE & IB in Telangana Region. Coverage of 110 schools.
- Driving a double-digit growth in business of 34mn
- Ensure end-to-end services to the schools around resources prescribed by them e.g. tracking orders offering teaching support organizing training/workshops etc.
- Handling key distributor accounts and keeping close track of their orders and payments. Timely collection of overdue to achieve collection budgets.
- Make presentations on OUPs print & digital offer to teachers/schools wherever required
- Acquire product knowledge for the portfolio currently sold by OUP in the region & any new resources (print/digital) to be launched
- Promote and sign up schools for curriculum products (Oxford International Curriculum & Oxford AQA) within the designated region.
- Promote digital products (MyMaths Oxford Reading Buddy etc) to drive additional revenue from the region.
- To share monthly/Bi-monthly sales forecast & review on weekly basis for budget tracking.
- To ensure that daily sales calls feedback is informed to the manager and sales adoptions are logged in the sales tracker at regular frequency
- Be the first point of contact for addressing school/distributors queries on international resources in the region
About You
Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have knowledge of assigned territory. Should be open to travel acrossthe length-breadth of the
region
Know-how of Education sector (Schools Assessments Curriculum)
Solution centric sales skills Customer 360 champions well engaged presenter
Must know basics of Sales force MS Excel MS PowerPoint
