Position Overview

The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for producing precise architectural drawings and documentation using Revit. This role requires strong technical expertise attention to detail and the ability to adapt to established workflows. The drafter will collaborate with architects engineers and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate compliant and aligned with project specifications. Work hours are fixed at 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural plans sections and elevations using Revit.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design details.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site conditions.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
• Follow established workflows and project protocols.
• Support project teams with technical drafting and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture Drafting Technology or related field.
• Minimum 23 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Revit architectural plans.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Knowledge of architectural standards construction methods and detailing.
• Ability to produce clear accurate and comprehensive drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
