Job Summary
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to handle escalated alerts investigate incidents and perform vulnerability scans to ensure compliance with organizational standards and reduce security risks.
Areas of responsibility
Monitoring and Incident Detection-Handle escalated alerts prevent potential intrusions from third party agents and analyse log correlation to ensure alignment with security standards.
Incident Handling and Analysis-Triage security incidents handle escalated incidents assist in performing root cause analysis and prepare reports that adhere to compliance requirements.
Threat Assessment and Analytics-Perform vulnerability scans identify threat intelligence feeds and recommend preventive measures to reduce exposure.
Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance-Coordinate with internal teams on security issues maintain risk registers and assist during compliance audits.
Mandatory Skill : Archer
- Overall 6 years experience with 3 years experience in RSA Archer architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST COSO).
- Proficiency in Archer Data Feed Manager Access Control and Application Builder.
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs SFTP SQL).
Job Description:
Below are the Key role & responsibilities for the job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture configuration and deployment of RSA Archer GRC solutions.
- Design and implement GRC use cases including Risk Management Compliance Audit Policy Management and Third-Party Risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Archer solutions.
- Oversee Archer platform upgrades patching and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain data integration strategies using Archer Data Feed Manager and APIs.
- Establish governance standards and best practices for Archer development and administration.
- Provide technical leadership to Archer developers and administrators.
- Conduct platform health checks risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or related field.
- 6 years of experience in GRC technology with at least 3 years in RSA Archer architecture and implementation.
- RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Specialist preferred.
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST COSO).
- Proficiency in Archer Data Feed Manager Access Control and Application Builder.
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs SFTP SQL).
Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
