Job Description:

AI Solution Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end AI and automation solutions encompassing architecture integrations security and scalability
Define technical patterns for copilots RAG pipelines APIs and AI workflows
Review and approve solution designs produced by junior consultants
Hands-On AI Engineering
Lead development efforts using Python APIs and AI services
Build and optimize AI copilots agents and automation workflows
Guide prompt engineering strategies evaluation frameworks and accuracy improvements
Microsoft & Copilot Ecosystem Leadership
Architect solutions leveraging Azure and Azure OpenAI services
Design and extend solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Ensure best practices for integration security and long-term maintainability
Governance Quality & Compliance
Own technical input into AI governance risk assessment and compliance reviews
Ensure alignment with enterprise AI data privacy and security standards
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
Act as technical lead for AI initiatives across the team
Mentor L1/L2 consultants through structured design and code reviews
Stakeholder Communication (Critical)
Lead technical discussions with senior India US and global stakeholders
Translate complex technical topics into clear executive-ready language

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
8 years of experience in software engineering AI or automation roles
Strong hands-on experience with Python APIs and backend services
Demonstrated experience in solution architecture for enterprise-scale systems
Deep understanding of GenAI concepts including LLMs RAG prompt engineering and agentic architectures
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (required)
Highly curious mindset with a proactive ownership-driven approach to problem-solving
Ability to lead technically without formal people management authority
