Accounting & Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 68 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping bank reconciliation budgeting and financial reporting.
• Practical knowledge of taxation tax returns tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong understanding of financial statements cash flow accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience managing monthly and annual financial closing processes and supporting audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently maintain accurate financial records and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping accounting operations and financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Prepare financial statements budgets and financial reports for management review.
• Manage tax returns tax filings and regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Monitor cash flow expenses accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain financial control.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support internal and external audits.
• Conduct financial analysis monitor budget performance and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Identify financial discrepancies assess risks and recommend improvements to accounting processes and financial controls.
