Job Description
Role Purpose: Executes HR administration managing onboarding paperwork attendance records employee documentation and HR service requests accurately and within SLA.
Key Responsibilities
Process new joiner onboarding paperwork: employment contracts system access requests benefits enrolment and induction scheduling.
Maintain attendance and leave records monthly; reconcile with payroll inputs.
Update employee files: personal data changes contract amendments and documentation filing.
Draft and issue standard HR letters: employment verification salary certificates NOCs.
Support HR audits with required documentation and evidence packages.
Handle standard HR service requests within agreed turnaround times.
Key Deliverables
Completed onboarding packs (per new joiner)
Monthly attendance and leave report
Updated employee files
HR letters log (all requests processed)

Requirements: 14 years in HR administration; Oman work permit and labour documentation experience preferred.
