ICV Specialist
Job Summary
The ICV Specialist will support the development implementation and follow-up of ICV local content Omanization localization and project-specific local content requirements across the organization and its projects.
The role covers technical ICV work including local content plans tender and contract requirements ICV calculations compliance tracking supplier commitments Product ICV and reporting. It also supports the delivery of local content requirements across the organization and its projects including country-specific requirements where applicable.
Local Content ICV and Omanization
- Support the development and implementation of local content ICV Omanization and localization plans across projects and business activities.
- Review project requirements and identify applicable local content workforce supplier and reporting obligations.
- Support the preparation and review of project-specific local content plans and implementation trackers.
- Follow up on local content commitments with internal teams contractors suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
- Support Product ICV and industrial value-related work particularly for locally manufactured products and company-related activities.
- Assist in reviewing how local manufacturing supply chains workforce participation and supplier development contribute to ICV and local content objectives.
- Support work related to the protection and recognition of locally manufactured products where relevant.
- Review tender and contract documents to ensure proper inclusion of ICV local content Omanization localization supplier and reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of local content clauses schedules evaluation inputs and compliance requirements.
Support mapping of local suppliers service providers SMEs and potential local sourcing opportunities across relevant value chains.
Assist in reviewing supplier capability readiness and alignment with technical commercial HSE quality and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support supplier development and local sourcing initiatives where feasible.
- Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering Supply Chain Economics HR Project Management or any relevant field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in ICV local content workforce development procurement project controls supplier development contracts or related areas.
- Experience in reviewing tender documents.
Required Skills:

Experience in reviewing tender documents contract requirements local content plans supplier commitments or compliance reports is preferred. Previous exposure to the private sector is preferred particularly in energy manufacturing EPC industrial projects procurement or contractor/supplier environments.
