Job Summary
We are seeking passionate Backend and Frontend Developers to join innovative start-ups and scale-ups across Norway from mid-2026 onwards.
These are full-time positions offering hybrid or remote flexibility depending on the project and location (Oslo Bergen and Stavanger).
Youll collaborate within agile development teams to:
Design and build scalable web and software solutions
Develop APIs databases and cloud-based systems
Maintain performance quality and security standards
Contribute ideas that shape digital innovation in Norway
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
Experience with JavaScript TypeScript React Python or Java
Familiarity with AWS Azure or GCP and DevOps tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
English fluency required (Norwegian not mandatory)
EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Europe
