Completion Management Lead

We are looking for an experienced and structured Completion Responsible to join an exciting project within the oil & gas industry. This role will be key in ensuring efficient execution of completion and handover processes throughout the entire project lifecycle.

As a Completion Responsible you will contribute to safe traceable and efficient handover of systems facilities and documentation to operations while ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose completion and handover structures in PIMS in accordance with project requirements and company standards

• Ensure correct scoping and traceable documentation of Mechanical Completion Preservation and Commissioning activities in PIMS CMS

• Maintain high-quality data and alignment between engineering construction and commissioning disciplines

• Drive effective scope management throughout all project phases

• Coordinate document and secure approval of handover certificates (RFCC RFOC)

• Facilitate and participate in handover reviews

• Promote collaboration between project teams contractors and operations

• Ensure compliance with HSE principles management systems and technical standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes system functionality and best practices within completion and commissioning management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from oil & gas projects within engineering fabrication construction or commissioning

• Subsea project experience is considered an advantage

• Strong knowledge of PIMS CMS

• Good understanding of LCI processes and documentation requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Proactive and structured mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Strong focus on HSSE and quality throughout all project phases
