We are looking for an experienced and structured Completion Responsible to join an exciting project within the oil & gas industry. This role will be key in ensuring efficient execution of completion and handover processes throughout the entire project lifecycle.
As a Completion Responsible you will contribute to safe traceable and efficient handover of systems facilities and documentation to operations while ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose completion and handover structures in PIMS in accordance with project requirements and company standards
Ensure correct scoping and traceable documentation of Mechanical Completion Preservation and Commissioning activities in PIMS CMS
Maintain high-quality data and alignment between engineering construction and commissioning disciplines
Drive effective scope management throughout all project phases
Coordinate document and secure approval of handover certificates (RFCC RFOC)
Facilitate and participate in handover reviews
Promote collaboration between project teams contractors and operations
Ensure compliance with HSE principles management systems and technical standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes system functionality and best practices within completion and commissioning management
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from oil & gas projects within engineering fabrication construction or commissioning
Subsea project experience is considered an advantage
Strong knowledge of PIMS CMS
Good understanding of LCI processes and documentation requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proactive and structured mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong focus on HSSE and quality throughout all project phases
