Global Lead Private Sector Partnerships (Maternity Cover)

What we are looking for:

NRC Norway is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join NRC in the temporary position ofGlobal Lead Private Sector Partnerships. The position plays a key role in supporting the Private Sector Partnerships section through oversight of systems governance compliance reporting and business processes while ensuring effective collaboration across the organisation.

Please note that this is a temporary maternity cover position (Fixed Term).

What you will do:

Here are some of your specific responsibilities

• Leading the development implementation and continuous improvement of systems tools guidelines and procedures for private sector partnerships across NRC.

• Providing data-driven insights and performance analysis related to private sector function to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

• Serving as the sections focal point and subject matter expert for NRCs CRM system (Cycles) including reporting analysis and user support.

• Ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements GDPR and NRC policies and procedures for private sector engagement.

• Developing and delivering training guidance and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen knowledge and compliance across the organisation.

• Coordinating with Global Finance grant management country offices and departments to monitor income project implementation and partnership performance.

• Managing a portfolio of selected private sector partnerships and lead on fundraising campaigns events and partner engagement activities.

• Representing the Private Sector Partnerships section in relevant internal working groups and external stakeholder engagements.

• Providing technical leadership and day-to-day support to advisors coordinators and interns within the section.

• Supporting onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you will bring:

We are seeking a strategic analytical and collaborative colleague with experience in private sector partnerships business operations CRM systems compliance reporting data analysis and stakeholder management. You have a strong ability to translate complex information into actionable insights drive process improvements and build effective relationships across a global organisation. A hands-on approach combined with strong leadership and communication skills will be essential for success in this role.

The position is based in Oslo. Candidates must have excellent English language skills both written and verbal. Ability to speak and write norwegian language is an added advantage.

What we offer:

• Duty station: NRC HO in Oslo Norway preferred.

• Contract: 1.5 years (Fixed term)

• Travel: Moderate

• Salary/benefits: Grade 10 on NRCs Resident salary scale with accompanying terms and conditions.
