Job Summary
Were a U.S.-based telehealth group hiring a sharp detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our credentialing and billing (RCM) team. You dont need years of U.S. healthcare experience we train. We need someone reliable organized and willing to chase things until theyre done.
Job Title: Healthcare Virtual Assistant Credentialing & Billing Support
Location: Remote (Nigeria) Full-time U.S. hours (CST overlap)
Pay:/month
What Youll Do
- Update provider profiles and payer portals (CAQH Availity well train you)
- Track license and document expirations and flag renewals early
- Follow up with insurance payers on pending applications and claims
- Verify patient insurance eligibility before visits
- Help with claim submission denials and follow-up
- Keep trackers and files clean and up to date
What Were Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and good follow-through
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet backup power (generator/inverter)
- Quiet workspace and availability during U.S. hours
- Any prior healthcare admin or VA experience is a plus (not required)
