Vendor & Partner Due Diligence Officer
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement framework and process to promote a strong ethical culture and prevent misconduct.
- Respond to due diligence questionnaires from partners.
- Review and assess new product ML/TF/PF risks and recommend mitigants to support product success.
- Review advertisements and promotional activities and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Design and implement an employee monitoring framework and ensure there is an effective system for reporting policy violations and investigation within the organization.
- Design and implement compliance monitoring framework for AML/CFT and code of conduct policy violations.
- Participate in the investigation of AML/CFT policy and code of conduct policy breaches.
- Develop and implement employee training on code of conduct & ethics.
- Manage annual staff attestation process.
- Develop and implement compliance third-party due diligence process.
- Provide guidance on ethical dilemmas and conduct concerns.
- Participate in the investigation of conduct and ethical breaches.
- Any other task that may be assigned by the supervisor or CCO from time to time.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Public Policy Law Risk Management or a related field.
- Professional certification in compliance such as DCP CAMS ICA CFE
General Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant compliance and Audit experience preferably in reputable financial institutions or in the payments industry.
- A critical thinker with strong and proven analytical capabilities.
