Strategic Planning Coordinator

About the Role:

Harvesters International Christian Centre is hiring a Strategic Planning Coordinator to drive the Strategy function across the church. This role coordinates how HICC tracks performance reports to leadership plans ahead and designs the frameworks that shape ministry training and development. Youll join with strong existing infrastructure already in place an active indicators spreadsheet a defined reporting cadence and a recently revised training framework so you can move quickly into delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the HICC Strategic Indicators spreadsheet keeping it accurate and up to date as the churchs central performance-tracking reference
  
• Turn CEO reports into structured indicator data on a regular reporting cycle
  
• Work with the CEOs office to confirm indicator definitions before each reporting period
  
• Support strategic planning across the church partnering closely with the CEOs office and department heads
  
• Monitor progress against strategic goals and flag risks or delays before they become problems
  
• Help design and refine ministry training frameworks including the Ministry Internship Programme
  
• Keep programme structures eligibility rules and design current and brief coordinators and the Pastoral/Training team on any changes
  
• Update flyers registration forms and other external materials whenever the framework changes
  

Youre stepping into a role where the groundwork is already laid with real scope to shape how the organisation plans measures and trains going forward. This role sits close to the CEOs office and offers direct visibility into leadership-level decision-making.

Requirements:

• A track record in strategic planning coordination or performance management
  
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  
• Experience building or managing KPI/indicator frameworks and reporting to senior leadership
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Alignment with HICCs mission and values
