Job Summary
An AWS Solutions Architect (SA) translates complex business requirements into scalable secure and cost-effective cloud architectures. They bridge the gap between business leaders and technical engineering teams
Key job responsibilities
Cloud Architecture Design: Build blueprints for multi-tier applications using core services like EC2 S3 Lambda and -Architected Framework Alignment: Ensure solutions meet the six fundamental AWS pillars: Operational Excellence Security Reliability Performance Efficiency Cost Optimization and Consultation: Partner directly with stakeholders to align cloud infrastructure with long-term company Strategy: Design and lead execution paths to migrate obsolete legacy systems into modern cloud & Compliance Management: Implement structural governance using least-privilege IAM data encryption and network boundaries.
- 4 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
- 2 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 5 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
