We are looking for a self-motivated SME Junior Loan Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing customers processing loans meeting targets and ensuring repayments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage potential SME customers

Meet sales targets in count and volume
Build and manage customer relationships
Ensure timely repayments and low defaults
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
1-2 years experience in sales/loan processing (added advantage)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
