Job Summary

Job Summary
The Site Engineer supervises day-to-day construction activities ensuring technical compliance proper sequencing of works and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site operations and construction execution.
Prepare and review method statements and work procedures.
Ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor productivity materials usage and workforce performance.
Coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Maintain site records and progress reports.
Support quality and safety compliance.

Requirements
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • 4- 6 years experience in road or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.
  • Technical Supervision: Ability to translate complex IFC (Issue for Construction) drawings into field execution without supervision.
  • Asphalt Quality Control: Hands-on experience with asphalt laying ensuring correct temperature thickness and compaction.
  • Labor Management: Proven ability to manage large gangs of site workers and subcontractors to meet weekly linear meter targets.


Required Skills:
