Job Summary

Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of large-scale building and structural construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing commercial residential industrial and institutional building projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership project management expertise stakeholder coordination skills and the ability to deliver projects safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the planning execution monitoring and successful delivery of building and structural construction projects.
  
• Manage site-based teams including Project Engineers Site Engineers Architects Quantity Surveyors Supervisors and Subcontractors.
  
• Develop and monitor project schedules budgets cash flow forecasts and resource allocation plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications quality standards and project requirements.
  
• Drive adherence to Health Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) standards across all project activities.
  
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
  
• Coordinate with clients consultants regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Manage subcontractor performance project variations claims and contract administration activities.
  
• Review and approve project reports work programs procurement schedules and technical submissions.
  
• Ensure proper project documentation testing commissioning handover and close-out procedures.
  
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams to achieve operational excellence.
  

• Bachelors Degree (././HND) in Civil Engineering Building Technology Architecture Construction Management or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum of 10 years proven construction experience with substantial experience managing large-scale building projects.
  
• Demonstrated experience delivering residential commercial industrial mixed-use or institutional developments.
  
• Professional certifications such as COREN PMP MNSE NIOB ARCON or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies project controls contract administration and construction regulations.
  
• Excellent knowledge of project planning budgeting scheduling risk management and cost control.
  
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Primavera P6 Microsoft Project AutoCAD Revit Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong leadership negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver results in a fast-paced construction environment.
