Senior People Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for
A Senior People Coordinator to strengthen our People team and support the growing demand for People-related services across the organization. This role will be responsible for delivering timely high-quality support to employees and business leaders coordinating key People operations and processes and ensuring an excellent employee experience.
What will you do
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding and engagement.
- Partner with the People team lead to implement HR programs and policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries.
- Support with coordinating employee transactions benefits and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with Talent Finance and business stakeholders.
- Provide support with preparing and analyzing People metrics reports and workforce data.
- Support employee relations and foster positive employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws policies and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data.
Qualifications :
What you bring
- Bachelors degree in human resources or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience preferably in HR people operations administration employee services or a related field where possible.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Certifications from reputable bodies such as SHRM HRCI or CIPM will be of added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate high-quality work.
- Demonstrated customer-service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and employee experience.
- Evidence of collaboration and partnership across teams to achieve shared objectives.
