Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software sales excels at building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Your responsibilities include meeting sales targets identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in sales within the technology solutions or IT service industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Strong negotiation and closing WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal working conditions. Flexibility to adapt to various client meeting schedules. May be required to travel occasionally for client QUALITY STANDARDS(KPIs Indicators of success.) Achievement of sales targets and quotas. Client satisfaction and retention rates. Timely and accurate reporting of salesdata.
