Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers within the business unit to introduce and offer our loan products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities and effectively managing client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding our reach within the business and achieving revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Job Requirement

  • Proven track record of success in sales preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with the business and the financial needs of Paramilitary and Police employees is advantageous.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated by targets and committed to delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations as necessary.
  • Fluency in local languages spoken in the respective regions is a plus.
