This role will be responsible for managing regulatory reporting activities and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns accurately and within prescribed deadlines.
- Maintain and monitor the regulatory reporting calendar.
- Track regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.
- Liaise with regulators regarding queries inspections and examinations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of regulatory filings and correspondence.
- Support internal audits compliance reviews and regulatory assessments.
- Minimum of 7 8 years experience in regulatory reporting/compliance or a related function within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microfinance Bank (MFB) regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- A professional certification in a relevant field is desirable.
- The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Banking/MFB regulatory requirements. Agric-Tech exposure is also desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong documentation analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting and compliance management processes.
- Relevant professional certifications or compliance-related qualifications are an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Minimum academic qualification of HND / University Degree in Banking Accounting Economics or other related field; Member of a Professional accounting body e.g. ACCA ICAN ANAN is an added advantage 4 - 5 years work experience in similar role Cognate experience in a state or national microfinance organization or similar financial institution Interfaced with regulatory bodies during examination Knowledge of the organizational regulations and laws. Proficiency in Computer Applications Excel /Microsoft Office/organizational Applications such as organization One.
