We are a powerhouse of technology creativity and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day project execution across all project sites in Ondo the overall project schedule into site-level workplans activities and and coordinate Site Managers EPC contractors subcontractors consultants and progress of civil works solar PV BESS electrical distribution metering and grid-interconnection regular site inspections to monitor progress quality safety and compliance with approved designs and project materials equipment deliveries and contractor mobilisation across site-level testing commissioning punch-list closure and project handover coordination with relevant regulatory bodies Distribution Companies (DisCos) local authorities communities and other stakeholders on site-level site-level project costs contractor deliverables and approved work scopes in coordination with the Lagos-based Project risks delays technical issues and resource constraints and drive their resolution at the state compliance with project HSE and Environmental & Social requirements across consolidated weekly site/project progress reports including photographs milestones risks issues and required management actions for the Project accurate records of site activities meetings approvals variations materials and contractor the Project Manager with information required for project reporting milestone submissions and project & ExperienceBachelors degree or HND in Engineering Project Management Construction Management Renewable Energy Electrical/Electronic Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field.35 years of project delivery experience preferably in renewable energy solar PV mini-grid power distribution EPC or infrastructure least 2 years of practical experience coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams on field-based knowledge of solar PV systems BESS electrical distribution and grid-interconnected managing project schedules site activities contractors materials and project to read and understand basic electrical drawings Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) site layouts and construction working with Nigerian utilities government agencies or development-funded energy projects is an working on renewable energy mini-grid power distribution or similar infrastructure projects is highly based in Delta State or willing to be stationed in Delta for the duration of the project are strongly & ToolsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and in Microsoft Project or similar project-management/scheduling with project reporting platforms is an to use digital tools for site reporting GPS/location capture photographs and document with AutoCAD or similar drawing-review software is an CompetenciesStrong project coordination and execution skillsContractor and stakeholder managementGood technical understanding of renewable energy projectsStrong planning reporting and organisational skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilityStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple project sites and competing prioritiesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong commitment to safety quality and timely project delivery
