Project Manager GTL Properties Limited
Job Summary
Lead the planning development and execution of real estate projects including setting timelines budgets and resource strategies.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients investors contractors consultants and regulatory bodies ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
Prepare and present detailed project documentation senior management and external partners.
Drive business development efforts including identifying new project opportunities preparing proposals and building strong client relationships that expand the companys portfolio.
Support revenue development by monitoring project financials implementing cost control measures and ensuring profitability across assigned projects.
Provide strategic input on market trends competitive positioning and client needs to influence project pipeline and growth strategy.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks ensuring compliance with industry regulations safety standards and quality benchmarks.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (architects engineers surveyors contractors and vendors) to deliver projects on time within budget and to specification.
Lead post-project evaluations capturing lessons learned refining delivery processes and enhancing future performance.
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Building Technology Quantity Surveying Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
Masters degree in Project Management Construction Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 RICS COREN or equivalent will be a strong advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in real estate project management with at least 4 years in a senior management capacity overseeing commercial and residential construction projects.
