- Execute site build preliminary works: Site Survey and Soil Test.
- Develop foundation design and tower structural design based on the tower load (static and dynamic).
- Supervisethestructuralengineeringaspectsoftelecom towerandinfrastructurebuilds.
- Ensuretechnical specificationsfor tower build arealignedwithcompanyandindustrystandards.
- Monitorproject progressandmakereal-timeadjustmentstoensuretimelydelivery.
- Provide periodic reports on project progress
- Conduct Acceptance Protocol for executed civil projects in accordance with required quality standards.
- Developandimplementmitigationstrategiesandcontingencyplans.
- Conduct regular structural assessment of existing towers
- Supervise the remedial measures required for tower retrofit including minor corrections
- Conductregular qualityauditsandinspectionstoensureadherence toconstructionandsafetystandards.
- Leadandmotivate cross-functionalteamsincluding engineerscontractorsfieldtechniciansandvendors.
- thetelecoms tower industry
- Strongknowledgeof structural engineering towerconstructionandtelecomindustry standards.
- Excellentknowledge oftelecomsregulationsandstandards.
