Job Summary
The OSP Manager is to Supervise field works for passive FTTH infrastructure: civil works cable laying installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise teams and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure quality and conformity of OSP works.
- Enforce safety quality and schedule compliance.
- Conduct technical audits and reports.
- Coordinate with Engineering Deployment and Maintenance.
- Handle on-site incidents and supervise repairs.
- Provide as-built information for GIS updates
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Telecoms or Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of FTTH and OSP infrastructure.
- Strong field presence and organizational skills.
