At Eni we are looking for a Nigerian Content Deputy Manager to join Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd. in Abuja. You will be responsible for promoting local content ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinating local content initiatives across all contracts.

Main responsibilities:

Prepare and submit Nigerian Content reports to the NCDMB.
Monitor Nigerian Content performance and coordinate engagement with the NCDMB.
Manage Nigerian Content requirements and approvals throughout the tendering and contracting process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local content regulations.
Coordinate Expatriate Quota applications renewals and related approvals.
Support capacity-building initiatives vendor development programmes and statutory R&D requirements.
Monitor compliance with NCDF contributions and other local content obligations.
Ensure compliance with Company policies procedures and HSE standards.

Skills and experience required:

Relevant degree.
Extensive and diverse experience including significant experience in Nigerian Content (NC) and External Relations.
Familiarity with the Nigerian Content Act.
Technical and accounting knowledge.
Ability to analyse and process information received from a variety of sources.
Good conflict resolution skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
