Requirements: OND/HND/BSc/BA in Social Sciences Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years practical NGO work experience.
Job Description:
The Zonal Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Foundations operations within the assigned zones.
Key duties include:
Monitor all on-site activities in accordance with the NGOs directives.
Ensure monthly home visits to all beneficiaries including widows orphans
and children of widows.
Conduct regular visits to schools for beneficiaries on educational scholarships.
Carry out quarterly educational assessments for beneficiaries enrolled in
schools.
Oversee beneficiary loan applications ensuring proper submission to HQ and
establishing a functional repayment plan.
Monitor beneficiaries businesses post-loan or empowerment support.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation as required by HQ.
Monitor and report on the health status of all beneficiaries.
Submit detailed monthly activity reports to HQ.
Update beneficiaries records monthly.
Organize and facilitate training sessions and meetings for beneficiaries.
Submit comprehensive monthly program reports.
Prepare and submit quarterly newsletter content.
Develop biannual program budgets for approval by HQ.
Ensure proper retirement of expenditures supported with required documentation.
Coordinate timely collection and submission of school bills for beneficiaries to
HQ.
Ensure effective implementation of all Foundation programs within the zone.
