Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Management Assistant-Chinese Translator to support effective communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams. The role will provide accurate MandarinEnglish translation and interpretation across business meetings documentation and strategic engagements ensuring clarity cultural alignment and business accuracy in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time verbal interpretation (Mandarin - English) during meetings calls and executive engagements.
Translate written materials including business documents contracts emails presentations and reports.
Support senior leadership and cross-functional teams in engagements with Chinese partners.
Act as a cultural and communication bridge to minimize misunderstandings and improve collaboration.
Review and proofread translated content for accuracy tone and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Languages Chinese Studies Linguistics or a related field.
3 years experience as a professional Chinese Translator or Interpreter.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of business and professional terminology.
Excellent communication skills attention to detail and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple translation requests.
