Job Summary
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
- Monitor and ensure the companys adherence to all statutory regulatory and internal policy obligations
- Evaluate existing processes and information to identify potential legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Identify and interpret legal requirements and government reporting regulations
- Assist with company secretarial duties including maintaining proper filing systems for legal and corporate documents
- Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services
- Provide legal advice to the company and its subsidiaries on corporate commercial and regulatory matters
- Manage contract lifecycle
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as assigned
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head of Legal

Requirements
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
- Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification
- Additional professional certifications or relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.
