Junior Automation & Digital Solutions Associate (Zoho Ecosystem)
At IFS we are not just building a company we are building systems solutions and a smarter way of working.
We want smart curious and highly motivated individuals to join our team and help drive our in-house digital transformation initiatives using the Zoho ecosystem particularly Zoho Creator and related applications.
This role is ideal for someone who loves exploring technology building solutions automating processes solving problems and learning by doing.
Experience is good but attitude curiosity and willingness to learn are far more important to us.
About the Role
You will work directly with management to support the development of:
- Internal business automation tools
- Workflow systems
- Mobile and web-based operational apps
- Reporting dashboards
- Process automation solutions
- Data collection and operational tracking systems
You will be involved in real-world operational challenges across facility management engineering maintenance operations logistics administration and business support systems.

Basic Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT systems databases or app development
- Familiarity with Zoho Creator or other Zoho applications is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms is a plus
- Ability to understand workflows and business processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- NYSC completed
- Candidates with personal projects experiments or self-taught skills are strongly encouraged to apply

Person Specifications Has 5 years supporting senior executives or leading strategic operations Thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments Can prepare world-class presentations reports and briefings Is emotionally intelligent confident and highly organized. Is tech-savvy (Microsoft Office Google Workspace project tools like Asana/Trello) Any discipline in the Built Environment (Architecture Engineering Facility Management etc) Consulting or Finance background MBA or multi-sector experience Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and software for informed decision making.
