Investor Relations & Capital Strategy Lead

As we prepare for the next phase of growth we are seeking an exceptional Investor Relations & Capital Strategy Lead to help position FOAN Group for long-term investment strategic partnerships and sustainable growth.

About the Role

As the Investor Relations & Capital Strategy Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing the Groups capital engagement strategy.

Working directly with the Group Chief Executive Officer you will help shape the investment narrative of FOAN Group manage relationships with existing and prospective investors coordinate fundraising initiatives and identify strategic partnerships that accelerate the Groups long-term ambitions.

This role combines corporate finance strategic communications business development and stakeholder management. It is ideal for someone who understands both capital markets and the art of telling a compelling investment story.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Capital Strategy & Fundraising

• Support the development and execution of FOAN Groups capital strategy.
• Coordinate fundraising initiatives equity offerings and strategic investment opportunities.
• Identify and engage institutional investors development finance institutions venture capital firms family offices and strategic partners.
• Support financial due diligence and investment processes.

Investor Relations

• Build and manage relationships with current and prospective investors.
• Coordinate investor meetings roadshows and engagement activities.
• Prepare investment updates shareholder communications and executive briefing materials.
• Ensure timely accurate and professional communication with investors and stakeholders.

Strategic Partnerships

• Develop partnerships with governments multilateral agencies development organizations and corporate institutions.
• Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives for strategic projects including the C54 Creators Lab.
• Identify opportunities for grants innovation funding and ecosystem partnerships.

Corporate Strategy

• Support the GCEO in evaluating strategic growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research competitive intelligence and investment analysis.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate strategic planning and execution across priority projects.

Executive Communications

• Develop investment presentations Board papers and strategic reports.
• Coordinate investor-ready documentation and fundraising materials.
• Support executive engagements conferences and high-level stakeholder meetings.
• Translate complex business strategies into compelling investment narratives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Accounting or a related discipline.
• Masters degree (MBA Finance or Strategy) is an advantage.
• 6 - 10 years experience in investment banking corporate finance investor relations management consulting private equity venture capital or strategic finance.
• Experience preparing investment memoranda fundraising materials or Board presentations.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling valuation and capital markets.
• Experience engaging senior executives investors or institutional stakeholders.

• Strengthened FOAN Groups reputation as an investment-ready institution.
