Interior Architect

• Lead interior design and fit-out projects from concept development through completion.
  
• Engage clients to understand requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
  
• Develop architectural and interior design concepts space plans floor plans furniture layouts and mood boards.
  
• Prepare project costings contracts and fee calculations.
  
• Deliver design presentations and participate in client meetings.
  
• Coordinate sourcing procurement and vendor management activities.
  
• Supervise project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications quality standards timelines and budgets.
  
• Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other project stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations safety standards and industry best practices.
  
• Monitor project progress and resolve design or implementation challenges.
  
• Prepare project documentation and reports as required.
  
• Perform additional duties related to interior architecture and project management as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a reputable architectural or interior design firm.
  
• Strong knowledge of architectural design space planning workplace fit-outs and project management.
  
• Understanding of engineering and construction principles including mechanical and electrical systems.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and 3D visualization software.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
