Our client a construction company seeks to employ a Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management learning and development and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Handle employee relations disciplinary matters conflict resolution and labor law compliance.
Oversee payroll inputs leave administration HR records and employee benefits.
Supervise corporate services including logistics fleet coordination office administration and facilities management.
Coordinate IT administration by ensuring the effective management of office technology systems and IT support vendors.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
Prepare HR and corporate services reports and recommend process improvements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Professional HR certification (CIPM SHRM CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience managing HR operations alongside administration logistics or corporate services.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership communication organizational and stakeholder management skills
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPM SHRM CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage.
