- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Industrial Relations Law or a related discipline.
- A recognized professional HR certification is mandatory such as CIPM CIPD SHRM HRCI or other internationally recognized HR professional qualification.
- A Masters degree in HR Business Administration Management or a related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years progressive HR experience preferably gained across reputable organizations with structured HR functions.
- At least 10 years experience as a member of a Management/Leadership Team contributing to strategic and business decisions.
- Must have hands-on experience working abroad and demonstrable exposure to international HR practices standards and multicultural work environments.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership or managerial position with responsibility for people policies performance and organizational development.
- Proven hands-on experience in the recruitment and selection of top-notch high-performing and senior-level talent.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in designing and implementing effective Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to translate organizational objectives into meaningful KPIs and measurable individual performance expectations.
- Experience managing performance improvement processes and addressing under-performance objectively and professionally.
- International HR experience and knowledge of global employment practices will be highly valued.
