Job Summary
Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a competent and detail-oriented Human Resources & Administrative Officer in the Finance sector to be responsible for managing the Companys human resources and administrative functions ensuring effective recruitment employee management policy implementation payroll administration office operations and compliance with labor laws while supporting the achievement of organizational goals.
- Coordinate recruitment interviews onboarding and employee confirmations.
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters employment contracts and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer payroll leave HMO pension PAYE and other employee benefits.
- Develop review and implement HR policies procedures and job descriptions.
- Support performance management.
- Oversee office administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Update the HR Information System (HRIS) with employee information.
- Monitor employee leave records and attendance.
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 24 years experience in HR and Administration.
- Professional HR certification CIPM is an added advantage.
- Experience using HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.

Required Skills:
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field. 24 years experience in HR and Administration. Professional HR certification CIPM is an added advantage. Experience using HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
