About the Role
Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health safety and environmental supervision within the construction of roads with proven expertise in traffic management and ensuring compliance with safety standards on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and programs across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Oversee and manage traffic safety operations within and around construction zones.
- Deliver HSE inductions toolbox talks and training sessions for site personnel.
- Investigate incidents and near misses ensuring timely reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
- Liaise with project management and regulatory authorities on all HSE-related matters.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years experience in HSE supervision within the construction sector.
- Demonstrated experience in traffic management and control on active road construction sites.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH IOSH ISPON or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and reporting skills.
