Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions at our mining site and lithium processing factory. The successful candidate will manage recruitment employee relations performance management payroll coordination training and development and ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws while supporting a productive and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment onboarding and workforce planning activities.
- Oversee employee relations performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate payroll compensation benefits and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support employee welfare training and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records reports and workforce analytics.
- Partner with site leadership to drive productivity and a positive work environment.
- Manage relationships with employees contractors unions and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing mining or industrial environments.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate

Monthly Remuneration: 500000 net
