Job Summary
We are seeking a human resources manager to oversee all HR functions at our mining site/lithium processing factory. The successful candidate will support workforce planning recruitment employee relations performance management payroll coordination training and development and compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment onboarding and workforce planning activities.
- Oversee employee relations performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate payroll compensation benefits and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support employee welfare training and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records reports and workforce analytics.
- Partner with site leadership to drive productivity and a positive work environment.
- Manage relationships with employees contractors unions and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing mining or industrial environments.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
