Job Summary
In partnership with our client a leading womens health and fertility centre in Lagos we are seeking a HIFU Brand Manager to own the growth visibility and profitability of the HIFU service line. From building referral networks and driving patient conversions to leading community outreach and managing a field marketing team this role sits at the intersection of healthcare brand strategy and business development. Who are we looking for
- You are a strategic brand and business development professional with experience in healthcare pharmaceuticals or a related field and you understand how to market services that require education and trust-building.
- You are a confident public speaker and relationship builder equally comfortable presenting to a room of medical professionals as you are engaging community audiences at a church or womens organisation.
- You are data-driven and commercially focused tracking conversion rates referral numbers and revenue performance with the same energy you bring to creative campaigns.
- You are a natural networker who knows how to build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals gynaecologists HMOs and fertility specialists.
- You are a team leader who can recruit train and supervise field marketing officers while holding them accountable to clear performance standards.
- You are organised and execution-focused able to manage multiple campaigns outreach activities and reporting requirements simultaneously without losing momentum.
Your Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Growth
- You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive awareness and uptake of HIFU services across Lagos and beyond.
- You will identify and analyse market trends patient demographics and competitive positioning to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- You will develop and manage referral programs with partner hospitals gynaecologists and fertility specialists onboarding at least 5 new referring doctors or clinics per quarter.
- You will organise and deliver at least one presentation monthly to a religious or community organisation and one presentation to a relevant professional body or association with a minimum of 20 attendees.
- You will execute a minimum of 2 presentations outside Lagos per quarter expanding the brands reach across other regions.
- You will work toward getting the centre enrolled with at least one new HMO per quarter and establish or renew partnerships with at least 2 HMOs per quarter.
- You will gather a minimum of 2 client testimonials monthly to support brand credibility and patient confidence.
- You will assist in hiring training and supervising field marketing officers to ensure consistent and effective on-the-ground execution.
- You will focus on increasing the conversion rate from registration to treatment working closely with clinical and administrative teams to remove barriers in the patient journey.
Marketing and Communication
- You will create patient-focused communication campaigns that clearly highlight the benefits of HIFU as a non-invasive fibroid treatment option.
- You will manage social media digital content and promotional materials working with the agency team to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.
- You will coordinate brand presence at health fairs conferences and community medical outreaches.
Operations and Service Delivery
- You will monitor patient experience and feedback to continuously improve service delivery and overall satisfaction.
- You will track leads consultations and conversion metrics through CRM systems ensuring data is accurate and up to date at all times.
- You will ensure operational readiness for all HIFU sessions including equipment staff scheduling and materials.
Business Performance and Reporting
- You will analyse financial performance and patient conversion reports preparing weekly and monthly dashboards covering enquiries consultations and treatments.
- You will recommend strategies for improving efficiency and profitability based on data and on-the-ground insights.
What Success looks like
- A 30% growth in online and offline brand visibility within 6 months measured through social media metrics event participation and referral network growth.
- A conversion rate of at least 40% from leads to actual HIFU procedures tracked monthly through CRM reports.
- A 20% increase in monthly revenue driven by improved patient conversion referral engagement and HMO partnerships.
- At least 5 new referring doctors or clinics onboarded per quarter with a growing and active referral network across Lagos and beyond.
- A patient satisfaction score of at least 70% positive feedback from post-service surveys maintained consistently month on month.
- 100% compliance with dashboard and weekly report submissions with accurate and timely data provided to management at all times.
To be considered for this role you should have
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management business development or healthcare marketing preferably within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with demonstrated experience engaging professional and community audiences.
- Experience managing referral networks HMO partnerships or medical outreach programmes is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools social media management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing or supervising a field marketing team is desirable.
