Job Summary

Guaranty Trust Pension Managers is currently recruiting top talent for the position of Head Technology.

Qualification & Requirements:

Possess a minimum of first degree or its equivalent in numerate or semi- numerate disciplines such as actuarial sciences statistics mathematics

accounting economics banking finance insurance law and business studies and/or an acceptable professional qualification.

Minimum degree of 2:2

Other relevant qualifications required

Proven expertise in Fundfusion application

Proven experience in IT management and information security.

Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and security protocols.

Familiarity with relevant laws regulations and industry standards.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.

In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of IT Management within the pension industry.

Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience with at least 8 years spent in the Financial Sector and 5 years in a top management position.

Required Skills:

Requirements Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University with a minimum of 2:2. Minimum of 2 years of cognate working experience in financial service & marketing (preferably within the pension industry) Minimum of 5 Credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO (or their equivalent) subjects including Mathematics and English (in not more than one sitting). Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Certifications are added advantage.
