Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Architect to build a procurement engine that operates with
factory-direct margins and automated controls. You are responsible for ensuring we bypass
retail markups hedge against FX volatility and build a scalable system where procurement is a
Driver of profitability not just an administrative function.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing & Margin Engineering
OEM Direct Sourcing: Establish and manage direct-to-factory (OEM) relationships in
Turkey China and Europe for core categories (Furniture Finishes and Technical
Equipment).
Margin Recovery: Execute a sourcing strategy that recovers significant project margins
currently lost to local retail and middleman markups.
Landed Cost Mastery: Own the total cost of goods (Factory Price Freight Duties
Clearing). You are responsible for the final price at the project gate.
Pre-Contract Audit: Act as the final commercial gatekeeper for project budgets. Review
all specifications before contract execution to ensure they are source-able and
FX-compliant.

2. Cash-Flow & Working Capital Optimization
Vendor Credit Strategy: Transition the company from advance-payment dependencies
to a credit-based system. Target 30/60/90-day vendor terms for core categories.
Trade Finance Management: Utilize Letters of Credit (LCs) Bills for Collection and
other trade finance instruments to optimize company liquidity.
Currency Risk Management: Develop procurement strategies to protect project P&Ls
from FX volatility through strategic timing of imports and negotiated contract terms.

3. Systems & Operational Infrastructure
ERP Implementation: Lead the standardization of procurement data and workflows
within the companys ERP system. Ensure 100% data integrity for all commitments.
Standardization: Own the procurement roadmap for "Standardized Product Kits"
ensuring all components are pre-negotiated and available for rapid deployment.
Vendor Governance: Implement a performance-based vendor rating system focused on
lead-time accuracy quality and price stability.

4. Logistics & Large-Scale Project Execution
Global Logistics: Coordinate high-volume international freight (50 containers) for
major hospitality and infrastructure projects.
Port & Clearing Management: Oversee freight and clearing partners to ensure
zero-day demurrage.
Site Deployment: Ensure seamless coordination between procurement logistics and
site teams to eliminate stalls caused by material delays.

Requirements
  • 10 Years of Leadership: Extensive experience in high-volume supply chain management (ideally from FMCG Manufacturing or Tier-1 Construction).
  • International Sourcing: Proven track record of direct negotiations with foreign manufacturers.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of trade finance international payment structures and currency hedging.
  • Systems Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build and enforce operational systems rather than just operating within them.
