Job Summary

Guaranty Trust Pension Managers is recruiting top talents for the role of Head Business Development

Qualifications & Requirement:

A First Degree (minimum 2:2)

Relevant professional certification Insight and knowledge of local and international practices in the pensions and retirement benefits industry; In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of sales marketing and business development in the pensions industry.

Sufficient leadership experience and track record of consistently meeting set targets.

A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience with at least 8 years in the financial services sector and 5 years in a top management position.

Required Skills:

Requirements Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University with a minimum of 2:2. Minimum of 2 years of cognate working experience in financial service & marketing (preferably within the pension industry) Minimum of 5 Credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO (or their equivalent) subjects including Mathematics and English (in not more than one sitting). Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Certifications are added advantage.
