Job Summary
About the Role
The Head Agile Program Delivery Office ensures technology initiatives across Polaris Bank are delivered on time efficiently and in a way that maximizes business value. This role directs four functions Agile Program Management Scrum/Agile Coaching Portfolio Management and Performance Metrics through specialist leads and coaches.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Program Management Oversight
- Coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring program-level alignment
- Escalate and resolve delivery risks that span multiple teams or initiatives
Scrum/Agile Coaching Oversight
- Ensure agile best practices and ceremonies are consistently applied and continuously improved across delivery teams
- Build organizational agile maturity through coaching and capability-building
Portfolio Management Oversight
- Own the technology portfolio prioritization process ensuring alignment with business strategy and available capacity
- Ensure resource allocation and capacity planning decisions maximize return on technology investment
Performance Metrics Oversight
- Ensure delivery metrics (velocity quality throughput) are tracked and reported consistently across teams
- Use delivery data to drive continuous improvement in program execution

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; SAFe PMI-ACP or equivalent agile/portfolio certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record running agile delivery or PMO functions across multiple concurrent initiatives ideally in banking or a large enterprise setting
Required Skills:
. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years experience in banking marketing or financial inclusion. Proven track record in developing and scaling customer-focused initiatives preferably targeting women. Strong understanding of gender finance customer segmentation and inclusive banking practices.
