Were looking for Guest Experience Executives who understand that exceptional organizations are remembered by the experiences they create. As one of the first people visitors partners and executives encounter you will play a critical role in representing the C54News brand and delivering a world-class visitor experience.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience Executive you will serve as the face of the FOAN Founding Campus ensuring every visitor experiences the professionalism warmth and excellence that define C54News.

Working closely with the Office Manager and leadership team you will coordinate front-of-house operations support executive activities and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for employees partners government officials investors and distinguished guests.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Guest Experience & Front-of-House

• Welcome visitors clients partners and VIP guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Deliver an exceptional visitor experience from arrival through departure.
• Maintain a professional welcoming and well-presented reception environment.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the values and brand standards of C54News.

Reception & Administration

• Manage incoming calls emails and visitor enquiries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
• Receive and distribute mail deliveries and official correspondence.
• Maintain visitor logs appointment schedules and administrative records.
• Support document management filing and general office administration.

Executive & Operational Support

• Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
• Assist with meeting preparation presentations and executive logistics.
• Coordinate travel arrangements courier services and operational requests.
• Support procurement of office and reception supplies.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.

Events & Brand Representation

• Support the delivery of executive meetings stakeholder engagements interviews and corporate events.
• Coordinate guest registration and hospitality during organizational events.
• Represent the C54News brand professionally across all visitor interactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and improve front-office operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree or HND in any discipline.
• NYSC completed.
• 1 - 3 years experience in customer service administration hospitality front office or other client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Social media literacy is an added advantage.
