Job Title: Graphic Designer

Type: Fixed-term contract (3 months with potential renewal)

Location: Remote Nigeria-based

Compensation: 75000/month post-contract upgrade pathway

Reports to: Head of Operations

You will own Career Bridge Foundations visual identity across digital platforms. This includes designing social media graphics marketing materials presentation decks lead magnets and other brand assets that communicate our mission and engage our audience.

Design is central to how Career Bridge tells its story. This role is for someone who understands that great design is more than aestheticsit simplifies ideas builds trust and inspires action.

• Design high-quality graphics for LinkedIn Instagram Facebook TikTok X (Twitter) and other digital platforms.
  
• Create visual assets for campaigns webinars events email marketing and programme launches.
  
• Design presentation decks lead magnets reports certificates and other branded documents.
  
• Develop templates that enable consistent and efficient content production across the organisation.
  
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Content Developer to produce engaging visual content.
  
• Maintain and evolve Career Bridges visual identity ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  
• Prepare design assets for both digital and print use where required.
  
• Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.
  

• 1 years of experience in graphic design for a business agency or freelance clients.
  
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding social media design marketing materials and presentation design.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma or equivalent software.
  
• Strong understanding of typography layout colour and visual hierarchy.
  
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  
• Self-directed creative and open to feedback.
  

• Paid contract experience designing for a UK-registered Community Interest Company (CIC).
