Job Summary
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the Chairman detailing sales performance market trends and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Foster strong working relationships with sales marketing and other departments to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Oversee all sales activities ensuring the timely and efficient closure of both retail and fleet sales.
- Establish and manage sales targets for the team holding them accountable for achieving results.
- Identifying target account creating strategy to securing new business and executing sales and marketing plan.
- Have over 15 years experience working in a multinational environment.
- Possess bachelors degree and masters degree in relevant courses or MBA.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully leading teams in high- pressure environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport motivate and influence others.

Required Skills:
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales business development or customer relationship management preferably in the automotive industry. Strong networking ability and access to government agencies and other public-private sectors.
