Client Engagement & Reception
Greet all clients guests and walk-ins with warmth a welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm
Manage front desk operations including check-ins check-outs and visitor logging
Answer and direct phone calls emails and in-person inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain an inviting organised and visually appealing front desk and reception area at all times
Administrative Support
Handle scheduling bookings and appointment management for clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate records logs and documentation in digital and physical formats
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences
Assist with basic office administration tasks as assigned by management
Customer Service Excellence
Resolve client complaints and queries with patience professionalism and a solution-fi rst mindset
Collect and relay client feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement
Proactively anticipate client needs and go above and beyond to deliver memorable service
Uphold and embody the companys brand values and service standards at all times
Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum of OND / HND / in any relevant discipline
1 3 years of experience in a customer service front desk or administrative role
Prior experience in a co-working space hospitality or lifestyle brand environment is a strong advantage

Impeccably well-groomed with a strong personal style and high fashion sensibility
